I draw from the Gottman Method to help couples strengthen their friendship, manage conflict more effectively, and build a shared sense of meaning through practical, evidence-based tools. I also incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners identify and transform underlying emotional patterns, fostering greater safety, connection, and responsiveness within the relationship.
