Unlock The Potential of Your Mind
Everyone has the capacity for growth, resilience, and meaningful change. Sometimes, life’s challenges, stress, or uncertainty can make it difficult to see our strengths or move forward in the way we want. Through therapy, we work together to better understand your experiences, understand patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools that will help you achieve lasting well-being.

Frequently Asked Questions

Therapy is a space where you can talk openly with someone trained to help you navigate life’s challenges, emotions, and patterns. You don’t need to have the “right words” or everything figured out before you begin — many people start therapy feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or simply wanting things to feel different.
Some sessions may feel relieving or empowering, while others can feel emotional or challenging. Both are a normal part of the process. Therapy isn’t about being judged or “fixed” — it’s about having a supportive, collaborative space where you can be honest, feel heard, and grow at your own pace.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel a therapy session is required. If you cancel before the 24 hours, there is no charge, however if you cancel within 24 hours, then the full session fee applies.

In the beginning, we will get to know one another and talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you’re hoping for, and what support might look like for you personally. Over time, therapy can help you better understand yourself, build healthier coping tools, improve relationships, and move through difficult experiences with more clarity and confidence.

While there is no direct billing, I am a licensed therapist and you will receive a receipt that has all the required information to submit to your insurance directly for reimbursement.

The answer to this is different for everyone. It is dependent on a number of factors such as the frequency of sessions, what your challenges are, what your goals are, and your commitment to the work of therapy. It is generally recommended to begin with weekly sessions so that you and I can get to know each other and so that there is consistency and momentum in the process, then the frequency of sessions can be discussed to determine what is best. Therapy is an investment in yourself and your wellbeing and the payoff can be a healthier and happier version of yourself.
