Kira Rubin is a Registered Psychotherapist based in Toronto, Ontario. She provides a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while working toward meaningful growth and change.
Kira works with children, adults, and couples navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress. Her approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, emotionally focused approaches, and trauma-informed care. In sessions, she helps clients recognize unhelpful patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and build effective coping skills that can be applied in everyday life.She is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and offers therapy in both English and Spanish. Her work is grounded in empathy and honesty, and a commitment to helping clients feel supported and empowered as they move toward greater balance and well-being.
